Toni Heiden-Moran is owner/broker for Heiden Homes Realty, 735 Rood Avenue, in the historic downtown area of Grand Junction, Colorado. Toni has more than 40 years of experience in the Western Colorado real estate market, and can help you meet your property needs as a buyer or seller. She has room for agents who are willing to work hard and learn the ropes from an experienced professional.
Toni worked for two leading real estate companies in Grand Junction prior to opening Heiden Homes Realty and Associates in the spring of 2003. While working as an associate broker, Toni won numerous awards, including top residential sales volume for a franchise for all of Colorado in 2001 and 2002. She’s also won sales awards for residential sales in Mesa County and has attended numerous seminars and conventions sponsored by the Colorado Association of Realtors. Toni has established many real estate and financial connections throughout the country by virtue of attending these conventions.
In May of 2005, Toni moved into her current location at 735 Rood Avenue, purchasing the historic landmark in the revitalized downtown shopping park area of Grand Junction. Several new and refurbished buildings have sprung up in the neighborhood, including a law office and a federal credit union. Toni was recognized for the building facade renovation by the Downtown Development Authority.
Toni was honored by the U.S. Commerce Association with the Best of Grand Junction Award in the Real Estate Agents and Managers category in 2009, 2010 and 2011. The award recognizes excellence in marketing and community service. Toni’s community involvement is extensive. She is active in the Kiwanis Club of Grand Junction (and a 2018-19 board member), a member of the Grand Junction Symphony Board of Directors, a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church Parish Council, a member of the Catholic Daughters/Court Mount of the Holy Cross, and a member of the Grand Junction and Fruita Chambers of Commerce. She is also active in the Grand Junction Area Realtor Association, serving on the Multiple Listing Service Committee. She is past chair of the local Realtor Political Action Committee and the GJARA Public Relations Committee.
In 2018, Toni was recognized with Emeritus Status by the National Association of Realtors, for her 40 years of service as a Realtor.
Growth is a near certainty, partly due to Toni’s experience and contacts and partly due to the demand for property in Mesa County.
